Technopolymers

The injection molding department produces components in various types of technopolymers.

Polyamides (PA), PET, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), acetal resins (POM), polystyrene (PS), methylmethacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC) and (ABS) are some of the raw materials used.

All our printed products comply with mandatory and voluntary international standards. Most of the processed materials are accompanied by a data sheet, food compliance sheet and yellow paper.

Masterbatches

We use masterbatches based on PE, PP, ABS, SAN, PC, PET, PA, POM and according to the needs of the various technopolymers used. The dyes are totally free from heavy metals, responding to the needs of a market increasingly sensitive to environmental issues and regulated by increasingly strict rules in this regard.

Through qualified suppliers we can directly produce the colored technopolymer on specific request of the customer according to the specified color or burn the raw material directly on board the press with dye granules.
